Features of Persian Hand-Woven Gabbeh
Gabbeh are long-piled rugs woven by the Qashqai nomads of Iran's Zagros Mountains, using wool dyed with natural plant dyes. The Persian Valiant wool used in this product has excellent durability, allowing it to survive in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains, and contains a lot of oil for good temperature regulation, resulting in soft, pleasant-feeling wool.
This wool is dyed with natural dyes and meticulously hand-woven by Iranian nomads, giving Gabbeh its characteristic plush and pleasant feel.
Well-woven Gabbeh are said to last 100 years, demonstrating their exceptional durability.
Born from the extreme temperature differences between day and night, Gabbeh also has the characteristic of being warm in winter and breathable in summer, preventing it from feeling hot.
And above all, there's its artistic quality. The Gabbeh created from the nomads' imaginations often feature designs of animals and plants, making each one a unique, original piece.
They can be laid on the floor or even hung on a wall as art.

Daily Care
Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the direction of the pile.

Due to being hand-woven, there may be variations in shape and pattern, weaving irregularities, and dyeing irregularities. Please consider these as part of the charm of hand-weaving.
Additionally, Gabbeh are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a unique scent from the wool dye may be present.
This scent will gradually dissipate with use, but please be aware of this beforehand.
