Le Farsi are specialties of Yazd, a desert city in Iran. Made from natural cotton, which is cool in summer and warm in winter, they have long been favored as practical items due to their durability and ease of washing. The finely woven plain weave is light and flexible, making it ideal not only as a rug but also for protecting tatami mats from sunburn and as a cover for beds and sofas. They are reversible, usable on both sides. Since they can be fully machine washed at home, they can be used as leisure sheets outdoors.
