Features of Persian Natural Firoozeh (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, mined in ancient Persia (Iran), was brought to Europe via Turkey, giving rise to its name, derived from the word "Turkish." Persian turquoise is a vivid, deep sky blue color, often called "the color of spring sky," and is a high-quality stone with high hardness. In fact, it was the first stone used by humanity as an amulet for protection.
In Persia, it was cherished as the stone of the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise is also produced in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places, with varying qualities. While much of the turquoise imported into Japan comes from Arizona in the US, this Persian "Firoozeh (turquoise)" is rarely introduced due to its scarcity and sharply decreased production in recent years.
Enjoy the vivid, gentle sky blue of natural Persian turquoise, often called "the color of spring sky," which blends beautifully with skin tones – the unique Persian blue.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping the jewelry each time before storing it to prevent daily grime from adhering.
Please remove it before bathing.
Precautions
As this product uses natural stones, please be careful to avoid direct contact with perfumes, sweat, oils, etc., when wearing it. While natural Iranian turquoise is known for its high hardness and resistance to discoloration, there are rare cases where the stone's color may change.
