Characteristics of Natural Persian Firuzeh (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, originally mined in ancient Persia (Iran), was brought to Europe via Turkey, and the word "Turkish" became the origin of its name. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality, characterized by its high hardness and a vibrant, deep sky blue color often referred to as "the color of spring skies." In fact, it was the first stone used by humans as a protective amulet.
In Persia, it was beloved by the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly prized during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise is also found in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places, with varying qualities. While many turquoise stones from Arizona, USA, are imported into Japan, this Persian "Firuzeh (turquoise)" is rarely introduced due to its significantly reduced output in recent years, making it very rare.
Please enjoy the unique vibrant, gentle sky blue, the Persian blue, of natural Persian turquoise, which is said to be "the color of spring skies" and complements most skin tones.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping the jewelry each time before storing it to prevent everyday dirt from accumulating.
Please remove it before taking a bath.
Notes
Since natural stones are used, please be careful to avoid direct contact with perfumes, sweat, or oil-based substances when wearing the jewelry. While natural Iranian turquoise is highly hard and resistant to discoloration, the color of the stone may occasionally change.
