This is a one-of-a-kind original design from our store, crafted by the famous Iranian goldsmith, Mr. Javaheri. Mr. Leather Javaheri was a goldsmith who worked as one of the royal family's jewelers during the reign of the Pahlavi King. While lecturing at Tehran University of Art, he produced jewelry for our store from 1990 to 2007. The delicate design, tailored to the unique characteristics of each turquoise stone, further enhances its charm.

Characteristics of Natural Persian Firuzeh (Turquoise) Jewelry

This stone, originally mined in ancient Persia (Iran), was brought to Europe via Turkey, and the word "Turkish" became the origin of its name. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality, characterized by its high hardness and a vibrant, deep sky blue color often referred to as "the color of spring skies." In fact, it was the first stone used by humans as a protective amulet.

In Persia, it was beloved by the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly prized during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise is also found in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places, with varying qualities. While many turquoise stones from Arizona, USA, are imported into Japan, this Persian "Firuzeh (turquoise)" is rarely introduced due to its significantly reduced output in recent years, making it very rare.
