This jewelry piece, featuring natural Persian firuze (turquoise), can be worn as both a pendant top and a brooch. Please note that the chain is sold separately.
The turquoise used in this accessory is called Shajar, and it has a natural matrix pattern where turquoise and rock are mixed. Shajar means "tree with branches" in Persian, and the branch-like texture of the stone enhances the blue of the turquoise.
This is a classic design jewelry piece that elegantly depicts the charm of Persia. The back is also carefully and beautifully engraved to match the shape of the turquoise.
Enjoy the vibrant, deep sky blue, often called the "color of the spring sky," which harmonizes well with skin tones.

Characteristics of Natural Persian Firuze (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, mined in ancient Persia (Iran), was brought to Europe via Turkey, which is where its name, meaning "Turkish," originated. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality, with a vivid, deep sky blue color often called "the color of the spring sky," and high hardness. In fact, it was the first stone used by humankind as a protective amulet.

In Persia, it was cherished by the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise is also produced in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places, with varying qualities. While a lot of Arizona turquoise from America is brought to Japan, this Persian "firuze (turquoise)" is rarely introduced due to its decreasing production and rarity in recent years.
Please enjoy the vibrant, gentle sky blue, Persian blue, unique to natural Persian turquoise, which is said to be the "color of the spring sky" and blends well with skin tones.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping it after each use to prevent daily dirt accumulation before storing it.
Please remove it before taking a bath.
Important Notes
As natural stones are used, please be careful not to let perfumes, sweat, or oily substances come into direct contact with the jewelry when wearing it. While natural Iranian turquoise is known for its high hardness and resistance to discoloration, the color of the stone may occasionally change.
