Gabbeh are long-piled rugs, deeply rooted in daily life, hand-woven by the Qashqai tribe who nomadic in the Zagros Mountains of Iran, using wool dyed with natural plant dyes. The Persian variant wool used in this product has excellent durability to survive in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains, and soft, pleasant-to-the-touch fibers containing a lot of oil to regulate body temperature effectively.

Daily Care

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the direction of the pile.
For stubborn stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, and gently wipe the surface with a well-wrung towel or similar. Then, carefully wipe with water to remove the detergent, and dry in a well-ventilated shaded area.
