Daily Care

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom, following the direction of the pile.
For stubborn dirt: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel firmly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, carefully wipe with a damp cloth to remove any detergent residue, and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

Important Notes

Due to being hand-woven, there may be irregularities in shape and pattern, weaving inconsistencies, and dyeing variations. Please understand that these are part of the charm of hand-weaving.
Additionally, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, there may be a unique smell from the dye used on the wool.
Please be aware that the smell will gradually dissipate with use.
