The designs in this series were conceived by designers from Iran (Persia), the home of authentic Persian rugs. They maintain the luxurious feel of Persian rugs while keeping costs down by using machine weaving techniques that closely mimic hand weaving.
This rug is finely woven using a combination of machine and hand weaving. The surrounding frame and fringe are hand-woven, resulting in a more luxurious and meticulously finished product.
