This is a hand-woven silk Persian rug made in Iran (Persia).
It's a large rug size suitable for spacious living areas. With an area of approximately 3.5 tatami mats, it's perfect for pairing with large sofas such as a three-seater.
Tranje (Medallion) Pattern
The main feature of the popular and traditional Tranje pattern is a circular or oval design placed in the center of the rug. Symmetrical patterns and decorations spread around it, creating a beautiful design. Tranje pattern rugs suit any room, and are especially recommended for placement in front of a living room sofa or in the center of a room.
Enjoy a comfortable lifestyle with a unique, one-of-a-kind hand-woven Persian rug.

Characteristics of the Region (Qom)
Qom is so famous for silk rugs that it's practically synonymous with them. It produces the finest rugs in Iran. Qom is located in northern Iran. It uses silk and very high-quality soft wool. The designs are also very rich. Various colors are used skillfully, with pastels, soft colors, and ivory being particularly common. Most are artistic-level rugs signed by the workshop.
What is a Persian Rug?
Persian rugs are rugs woven in Iran. They have a long history and are renowned for their beauty and durability, lasting for generations. They are one of the most outstanding artistic crafts representing Iranian culture and art. Due to differences in rug design and materials used depending on the region of origin, Iran has a wide variety of rugs. There is everything from delicate and intricate designs woven in workshops to simple, geometric tribal rugs woven by Iranian ethnic groups. The main materials used are wool and silk. The beautiful designs and delicate color schemes of Persian rugs have a unique charm. By incorporating a Persian rug with its own unique appeal into your room, you can further enhance its atmosphere.
Daily Care (Silk)
Vacuum up dust from the surface along the pile. If you spill a drink, first absorb the liquid with something highly absorbent (such as kitchen paper or tissues). Then, place a dry towel on the back of the rug and, using water and a neutral detergent, gently blot with a tightly wrung-out towel. Finally, remove as much moisture as possible with something highly absorbent and hang it in a well-ventilated area to dry.
Notes
Due to being hand-woven, there may be slight distortions in shape, weaving irregularities, or dye variations. Please enjoy these as part of the charm of a hand-woven item.
