This is a hand-woven silk Persian rug, made in Iran (Persia).
It's a classic Persian hand-woven rug, perfect for placing in the living room or in front of a sofa. Neither too large nor too small, its size (approximately 1.5 tatami mats) makes it easy to match with your room's interior, and it can even be placed under a dining table.
Tranje (Medallion) Pattern
The main characteristic of the popular and traditional Tranje pattern is a circular or oval design placed in the center of the rug. Symmetrical patterns and decorations spread around it, creating a beautiful design. Tranje pattern rugs suit any room, and are especially recommended for placing in front of a living room sofa or in the center of a room.
Enjoy a comfortable lifestyle with a one-of-a-kind, hand-woven Persian rug, featuring a design unique in the world.

Characteristics of the Region (Qom)
Qom is a region so famous for silk rugs that it's often the first place mentioned when discussing them. It produces the finest rugs in Iran. Qom is located in northern Iran. It uses silk and very high-quality soft wool. The designs are very diverse. Various colors are used skillfully, with pastel colors, soft colors, and ivory being particularly common. Most of these art-level rugs bear the signature of the workshop.
What is a Persian Rug?
A Persian rug is a rug woven in Iran. It has a long history and is famous for its beauty and durability, which allows it to be passed down through generations. It is one of the most outstanding art crafts representing Iranian culture and art. Due to differences in rug designs and materials used depending on the region of origin, Iran has a wide variety of rugs. These range from delicate and intricate designs woven in workshops to simple geometric tribal rugs woven by Iranian ethnic groups. The main materials used are wool and silk. The beautiful designs and delicate color schemes of Persian rugs have a unique charm. By incorporating a Persian rug with its unique, one-of-a-kind charm into your room, you can further enhance its atmosphere.
Daily Care (Silk)
Vacuum the surface along the pile to remove dust. If you spill liquids, first absorb the moisture with an absorbent material (such as paper towels or tissues). Then, place a dry towel under the rug and gently blot the stain with a tightly wrung towel dampened with water and a neutral detergent. Finally, remove as much moisture as possible with an absorbent material and hang the rug in a well-ventilated area to dry.
Please Note
As these rugs are hand-woven, there may be slight distortions in shape, weaving irregularities, or color variations. Please enjoy these as part of the charm of a hand-woven piece.
