Features of Natural Persian Firuzeh (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, originally mined in ancient Persia (Iran), traveled through Turkey to Europe, which is how it acquired the name "turquoise," meaning "Turkish." Persian turquoise is a vibrant, deep sky-blue color, often described as "the color of a spring sky," and is of the highest quality with high hardness. In fact, this was the first stone used by humankind as a protective amulet.

In Persia, it was cherished by the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the primary source of the highest quality turquoise, it is also found in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other locations, with varying qualities. While much turquoise imported into Japan comes from Arizona in the USA, this natural Persian "firuzeh" (turquoise) is rarely introduced due to its rarity and significantly decreased output in recent years.
Enjoy the vibrant yet gentle sky-blue, Persian blue, unique to natural Persian turquoise, which is often described as "the color of a spring sky" and blends beautifully with skin tones.
Daily Care
To prevent everyday dirt from accumulating, we recommend wiping the item clean before storing it each time.
Please remove the jewelry before bathing.
Precautions
As natural stones are used, please be careful to avoid direct contact with perfumes, sweat, or oily substances when wearing the jewelry. While natural Iranian turquoise is highly durable and less prone to discoloration, the stone's color may rarely change.
