Characteristics of Persian Hand-woven Gabbeh
Gabbeh are long-piled rugs hand-woven by the Qashqai nomads in the Zagros Mountains of Iran, using vegetable-dyed wool as part of their daily life. The Persian Variant wool used in this product has excellent durability to survive in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains, and is soft and pleasant to the touch due to its high fat content, which helps with temperature regulation.

Daily Care
Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the pile.
If concerned about stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, and gently wipe the surface with a tightly wrung towel or similar. Then carefully wipe with water to remove the detergent, and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
