This Gabbeh is woven with fine threads, and while it takes more effort to weave, it is a Luri-baf Gabbeh with less thickness and a tighter weave than regular Gabbeh.
"Luri" means "fine" and "baf" means "weave" in Persian.

The Persian Variant wool used in this product has excellent durability to survive in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains and is rich in oils to effectively regulate body temperature, making it soft and pleasant to the touch.

Daily Care

Remove dirt and dust by vacuuming or sweeping along the pile.
For stubborn stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel firmly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, carefully wipe with a damp cloth to remove the detergent and dry in a well-ventilated shaded area.

Please Note

Due to being hand-woven, there may be irregularities in shape and pattern, weaving unevenness, and dye unevenness. Please consider these as part of the charm of hand-weaving.
Also, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a unique scent from the dyes used on the wool may be present.
The scent will gradually dissipate with use, but please be aware of this in advance.
