Gabbeh are long-pile rugs woven by the Qashqai nomads who roam the Zagros Mountains of Iran, using plant-dyed wool and deeply rooted in their daily lives. Daily Care

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the direction of the pile.
For stubborn stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a cloth or towel tightly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, wipe thoroughly with water to remove the detergent and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
