At approximately 1.5 tatami mats, it's also easy to place under a dining table.
It's soft, plush, and features a pleasant texture that can be enjoyed all year round.
As a one-of-a-kind hand-woven item, please enjoy its unique design.

Characteristics of Persian Hand-Woven Gabbeh
Gabbeh rugs are long-pile, naturally dyed wool carpets woven by the Qashqai nomads who roam the Zagros Mountains of Iran. The wool used in this product, known as Persian Variant, possesses excellent durability for survival in the harsh Zagros Mountains, as well as a soft and pleasant texture due to its high oil content, which helps regulate body temperature.
Gabbehs are characterized by their plush and comfortable feel, as they are hand-woven by Iranian nomads, thread by thread, using this wool dyed with natural dyes.
A well-woven Gabbeh is said to last for 100 years, boasting exceptional durability.
Born from a climate with extreme temperature fluctuations between day and night, Gabbehs also have the characteristic of being warm in winter and airy in summer, preventing a feeling of heat.
And above all, there's their artistic quality. Gabbehs created from the nomads' imagination often feature designs of animals and plants, with each piece being an original, one-of-a-kind item.
They can, of course, be laid on the floor, but they're also beautiful enough to be displayed as art on a wall.
Why not find your own special Gabbeh that you can use for a long time?
Daily Care
Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the direction of the pile.
For stubborn stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water and gently wipe the surface with a well-wrung towel. Then, carefully wipe with water to remove the detergent and let it dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Please Note
Due to being hand-woven, there may be slight irregularities in shape or pattern, weaving inconsistencies, and dye variations. Please understand that these are part of the charm of a hand-woven product.
Additionally, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a distinctive odor from the wool dye may be present.
The odor will gradually dissipate with use, but please be aware of this beforehand.
Tassels can be removed upon shipment
The tassels located at the corners or in the middle of the Gabbeh can be removed upon request before delivery.
Removing the tassels does not negatively impact the quality or durability of the Gabbeh.
If you would like the tassels to be removed before shipment, please feel free to contact us via email or phone below.
