This is a hand-woven silk Persian rug made in Iran (Persia).
This is a classic hand-woven Persian rug, perfect for placing in the living room or in front of a sofa. It's a versatile size, neither too large nor too small, making it easy to match with your room's interior and suitable for placement under a dining table, approximately 1.5 tatami mats in size.
Gol pattern (flower motif)
The Gol pattern is a common design found in Persian rugs. It is used in various production areas such as Kerman, Isfahan, Kashan, Nain, and Qom. Various types of flowers are depicted, with roses and the Shah Abbasi flower, a traditional Persian design, being frequently seen. In the Sarasaar pattern, the size of the flowers stands out, and small flowers may be arranged surrounding a Toranj pattern. It harmonizes with any room.
Toranj (medallion) pattern
The most distinctive feature of the popular and traditional Toranj pattern is the circular or oval design placed in the center of the rug. Symmetrical patterns and decorations extend around it, creating a beautiful design. Toranj pattern rugs suit any room, and are particularly recommended for placement in front of a sofa in the living room or as a central focal point in a room.
Enjoy a comfortable life with a unique, hand-woven Persian rug that is one-of-a-kind.

Characteristics of the production area (Qom)
Qom is a famous production area for silk rugs, to the extent that "Qom" is synonymous with silk rugs. It produces the finest rugs in Iran. Qom is located in northern Iran. It uses silk and very high-quality soft wool. The designs are also very rich. Various colors are used very skillfully, and pastel colors, soft colors, and ivory are particularly common. Most rugs are signed by the workshop, making them works of art.
What is a Persian rug?
Persian rugs are carpets woven in Iran. They have a long history and are renowned for their beauty and durability, lasting for generations. They are an outstanding example of fine art and craftsmanship, representing Iranian culture and art. Due to differences in rug designs and materials used in different production areas, Iran offers a wide variety of rugs. These range from delicate and intricate designs woven in workshops to simple, geometric tribal rugs woven by Iranian ethnic groups. The main materials used are wool and silk. The beautiful designs and delicate color schemes of Persian rugs possess a unique charm. By incorporating a Persian rug with its unique appeal into your room, you can further enhance its atmosphere.
Daily Care (Silk)
Vacuum the surface along the pile to remove dust. If you spill liquids, first absorb the moisture with an absorbent material (such as kitchen paper or tissue). Then, place a dry towel on the back of the rug and dab the spill with a firmly wrung towel moistened with water and a neutral detergent. Finally, remove as much moisture as possible with an absorbent material and hang the rug in a well-ventilated area to dry.
Please Note
As these are hand-woven, there may be slight distortions in shape, weaving irregularities, or color variations. Please enjoy these as part of the charm of a hand-woven item.
