This is a hand-woven wool Persian rug made in Iran (Persia).
This is a large doormat-sized Persian hand-woven rug that can be used in a spacious entryway of a house or similar. This Persian hand-woven rug is suitable not only for entryways but also for empty spaces such as bedside areas or in front of single sofas.
Kheshti (panel pattern)
Kheshti patterns feature a garden motif, where each panel is like looking at a beautiful garden through a small window. Gardens hold a special place in Persia, and these designs are not based on real gardens but are rather products of the rug designer's imagination, evoking images of paradise. They are commonly seen in regions such as Bakhtiari and Qom. Since there is no central design, it is a popular choice for areas where the rug's design might be obscured, such as under tables.
Enjoy a comfortable life with a one-of-a-kind, hand-woven Persian rug.

Characteristics of the Region (Mood)
Mood is a city in eastern Iran, highly renowned for its classic rug designs. These rugs are finely woven, very durable and sturdy, allowing for long-term use. They are also affordably priced. Popular designs commonly seen in Mood include the intricate traditional Mahi pattern and the panel pattern with a garden motif. The rugs are primarily made of wool, with silk sometimes incorporated. Dark red, brown, and earthy colors are frequently used, resulting in very warm rugs.
What is a Persian Rug?
A Persian rug is a rug woven in Iran. It has a long history and is known for its beauty and durability, lasting for generations. It is one of the most exquisite works of art and craft representing Iranian culture and art. Due to differences in rug designs and materials used depending on the region of origin, Iran offers a wide variety of rugs. From delicate and intricate designs woven in workshops to simple, geometric tribal rugs woven by Iranian ethnic groups, there is a broad spectrum. The main materials used are wool and silk. The beautiful designs and delicate color palettes of Persian rugs possess an unmatched charm. By incorporating a unique Persian rug with its own allure into your room, you can further enhance the atmosphere.
Daily Care (Wool)
Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom, following the direction of the pile. If stains are a concern: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, and gently wipe the surface with a well-wrung towel or similar. Afterwards, carefully wipe with water to remove the detergent, then dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Notes
Due to being hand-woven, there may be slight distortions in shape, weaving irregularities, and dye variations. Please enjoy these as part of the charm of a hand-woven piece.
