Characteristics of Natural Persian Firuze (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, originally mined in ancient Persia (Iran), reached Europe via Turkey, and the word "Turkish" became the origin of its name. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality, known for its hardness and vibrant, deep sky blue color, often called "the color of spring skies." In fact, it was the first stone ever used by humankind as a protective amulet.
In Persia, it was cherished by the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise of varying qualities is also found in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places. While American Arizona turquoise is commonly imported to Japan, this Persian "Firuze (turquoise)" is rarely introduced due to its significantly decreased production and rarity in recent years.
Enjoy the unique, vivid, gentle sky blue of natural Persian turquoise, known as "the color of spring skies," which beautifully complements various skin tones.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping your jewelry clean after each use before storing it, to prevent daily grime from accumulating.
Please remove your jewelry before bathing.
Important Notes
As natural stones are used, please be careful to avoid direct contact with perfumes, sweat, or oil-based substances. While natural Iranian turquoise is highly durable and resistant to discoloration, there are rare instances where the stone's color may change.
