Round Gabbeh entrance mats add a special accent to your entryway or the space where they are placed. Their edgeless, round shape brings softness to the space, creating a warmer atmosphere. They are more compact than square mats and can be placed in narrow entryway spaces without feeling out of place. They also don't obstruct door opening and closing, making them highly practical.
The luxurious fringes, like those on Persian rugs, are carefully attached through our special order.
They are soft, plush, and offer a pleasant feel that can be enjoyed all year round.
Enjoy a unique, handwoven design that is one of a kind in the world.
This Gabbeh is woven with fine threads, and because it takes more effort to weave, it is a Luri-baft Gabbeh with less thickness and a tighter weave than regular Gabbeh.
"Luri" means "fine" and "baft" means "weave" in Persian.

Characteristics of Persian Handwoven Gabbeh
Gabbeh are long-pile, root-of-life rugs handwoven by the Qashqai tribe, who nomadize in Iran's Zagros Mountains, using vegetable-dyed wool. The Persian Variant wool used in this product has excellent durability to survive the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains and is soft and pleasant to the touch, containing a lot of oil to regulate body temperature effectively.
Gabbeh, woven by Iranian nomads with this wool dyed with natural dyes, is characterized by its fluffy and pleasant texture.
Well-woven Gabbeh are said to last for 100 years, indicating their exceptional durability.
Born from a climate with drastic temperature differences between day and night, Gabbeh are warm in winter and airy in summer, creating a comfortable feel even in hot weather.
And above all, there is its artistry. Gabbeh, created from the imagination of nomads, often feature designs of animals and plants, with each piece being a unique, one-of-a-kind original.
They can be laid on the floor or even displayed on a wall as art.
