Features of Persian Hand-woven Gabbeh Rugs
Gabbeh are long-pile rugs deeply rooted in daily life, hand-woven by the Qashqai tribe, who nomadize in the Zagros Mountains of Iran, using plant-dyed wool. The Persian Valiant wool used in this product possesses excellent durability for survival in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains, and its soft, pleasant-to-the-touch texture contains a high fat content to regulate body temperature effectively.
These Gabbeh rugs, made from wool dyed with natural dyes and meticulously hand-woven strand by strand by Iranian nomads, are characterized by their fluffy and comfortable feel.

Daily Care
Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom, following the direction of the pile.
For stubborn stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel tightly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, wipe thoroughly with water to remove the detergent, and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Please Note
Due to being hand-woven, there may be slight irregularities in shape and pattern, weaving unevenness, and dyeing unevenness. Please consider these as part of the charm of hand-weaving.
Additionally, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, there may be a unique odor from the dyes used on the wool.
The odor will gradually disappear with use, but please be aware of this beforehand.
Pompoms can be removed before shipping

The pompoms attached to the corners and middle of the Gabbeh can be removed upon request before delivery.
Removing the pompoms will not negatively affect the quality or durability of the Gabbeh.
