It is soft, plush, and features a pleasant texture that can be enjoyed all year round.
As a unique hand-woven piece, please enjoy its one-of-a-kind design.
This Gabbeh is woven with fine threads, and while it takes more effort to weave, it results in a less thick, more densely woven Lizebaft Gabbeh than standard Gabbehs.

Characteristics of Persian Hand-Woven Gabbeh
Gabbeh rugs are long-pile, hand-woven rugs deeply rooted in the daily lives of the Qashqai nomads who roam the Zagros Mountains of Iran. They are made from vegetable-dyed wool. The Persian variant wool used in this product is known for its excellent durability to survive the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains and its soft, pleasant texture, which contains a lot of oil for effective body temperature regulation.
Gabbeh rugs, handcrafted by Iranian nomads by carefully weaving each strand of this natural-dyed wool, are characterized by their plush and comfortable feel.
A well-woven Gabbeh is said to last 100 years, boasting superior durability.
Born from a climate with extreme temperature differences between day and night, Gabbeh rugs are also warm in winter and breathable in summer, preventing feelings of heat.
And above all, there is its artistic quality. Gabbehs created from the nomads' imagination often feature designs of animals and plants, with each piece being a unique, one-of-a-kind original.
They can, of course, be laid on the floor, but are also artistic enough to be displayed on walls.
Why not find your own special Gabbeh that you can cherish for a long time?
Daily Care
Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom, sweeping in the direction of the pile.
For stubborn stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel firmly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, carefully wipe with a damp cloth to remove any detergent, and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Important Notes
Due to being hand-woven, there may be variations in shape and pattern, weaving irregularities, and dye inconsistencies. Please consider these as part of the charm of a hand-woven item.
Additionally, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a unique odor from the dyes used to color the wool may be present.
This scent will gradually dissipate with use, but we kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
