It's the perfect size for an entrance mat, brightening up the entryway you use every day.
Beyond the entryway, its versatile size makes it easy to place in other empty spaces, such as in front of a vanity or on a balcony, or beside a bed.
It is characterized by its soft, fluffy, and pleasant texture that can be enjoyed all year round.
As a one-of-a-kind hand-woven piece, please enjoy its unique design.
This Gabbeh is woven with fine threads; because it requires more effort to weave, it has less thickness and a tighter weave than standard Gabbeh, making it a Lizebaft Gabbeh.
"Lize" means "fine" in Persian, and "baft" means "weave."

Features of Persian Hand-Woven Gabbeh
Gabbeh rugs are long-pile rugs deeply rooted in the daily lives of the Qashqai nomads who hand-weave them in the Zagros Mountains of Iran, using wool dyed with natural plant dyes. The Persian Variant wool used in this product has excellent durability to survive in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains and contains a lot of oil for good thermoregulation, resulting in soft and pleasant-feeling fibers.
Gabbeh rugs, handcrafted by Iranian nomads with such wool dyed with natural dyes, are characterized by their soft and comfortable feel.
Well-woven Gabbeh rugs are so durable that they are said to last for 100 years.
Born from a climate with extreme temperature differences between day and night, Gabbeh rugs also have the characteristic of being warm in winter and airy and cool in summer.
And above all, there's their artistry. Gabbeh rugs, created from the imagination of nomads, often feature designs of animals and plants, with each piece being a unique original.
They can be laid on the floor, of course, but also displayed on walls as art.
Why not find your own special Gabbeh that you can cherish for a lifetime?
Daily Care
Remove dirt and dust by vacuuming or sweeping along the pile.
If concerned about stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel tightly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, wipe thoroughly with water to remove the detergent and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Notes
Due to being hand-woven, there may be variations in shape, pattern distortion, weaving irregularities, and dyeing inconsistencies. Please consider these as part of the charm of a hand-woven product.
Also, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a unique odor from the dyes used on the wool may be present.
The odor will gradually dissipate with use, but please be aware of this beforehand.
