Features of Persian Hand-Woven Gabbeh
Gabbeh are long-pile rugs woven by hand by the Qashqai tribe, who nomadically inhabit the Zagros Mountains in Iran, using vegetable-dyed wool. The Persian Variant wool used in this product has excellent durability to survive in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains, and is soft and pleasant to the touch, containing a lot of oil to effectively regulate body temperature.

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the pile.
If you are concerned about stains: dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel or similar cloth, and gently wipe the surface. Then carefully wipe with a damp cloth to remove the detergent, and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
