Gabbeh are long-piled rugs hand-woven by the Qashqai nomads who roam the Zagros Mountains in Iran, using vegetable-dyed wool. Daily Care

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom, following the direction of the pile.
If you need to clean stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel or similar cloth tightly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth to remove any detergent and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
