Daily Care

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the pile direction.
For stubborn stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool and silk) with water, wring out a towel or similar cloth, and gently wipe the surface. Then, wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth to remove any detergent residue and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

Additionally, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a unique scent from the wool dye may be present.
