Daily Care Use a vacuum cleaner or broom to remove dirt and dust along the nap. For noticeable stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a cloth or towel tightly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, carefully wipe with a damp cloth to remove the detergent and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Important Notes Due to being hand-woven, there may be irregularities in shape and pattern, weaving inconsistencies, and dyeing variations. Please understand that these are part of the charm of hand-weaving. Also, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, there may be a distinctive smell from the dye used on the wool.
