Characteristics of Natural Persian Firuzeh (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, mined in ancient Persia (Iran), reached Europe via Turkey, and the word "Turkish" became the origin of its name. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality, characterized by its vivid, deep sky blue color, often called "the color of a spring sky," and its high hardness. In fact, it was the first stone used by humankind as a protective amulet.
In Persia, this stone was cherished by the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise of varying qualities is also produced in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places. Many turquoise stones from Arizona, USA, are imported into Japan, but natural Persian "Firuzeh" (turquoise) is rarely introduced due to its drastic decrease in production in recent years, making it very valuable.
Enjoy the vivid, gentle sky blue of natural Persian turquoise, often called "the color of a spring sky," which blends beautifully with skin tones.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping it after each use to prevent daily dirt from accumulating before storing it.
Please remove it before taking a bath.
Important Notes
Since natural stones are used, please be careful to prevent perfumes, sweat, or oil-based substances from directly contacting the stone when wearing it. While natural Iranian turquoise is known for its high hardness and resistance to discoloration, the color of the stone may occasionally change.
