This jewelry piece, featuring natural Persian firuze (turquoise), can be worn as both a pendant top and a brooch. Please note that the chain is sold separately.
The turquoise used in this accessory is called Shajar, and it has a natural matrix pattern where the turquoise and other stones are mixed. Shajar means "tree with branches" in Persian, and the branch-like texture of the stone enhances the blue of the turquoise.
This classic jewelry piece elegantly captures the charm of Persia. The back is also carefully and beautifully engraved to match the shape of the turquoise.
Enjoy the vivid, deep sky-blue color, often called "spring sky color," which blends well with any skin tone.

Characteristics of Persian Natural Firuze (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, mined in ancient Persia (Iran), was brought to Europe via Turkey, and the word "Turkish" became the origin of its name. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality with high hardness, displaying a vibrant, deep sky-blue color known as "the color of the spring sky." In fact, this was the first stone used by humankind as an amulet for protection.

In Persia, it was cherished as the stone of the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best source of turquoise, it is also found in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places, with varying qualities. While much of the turquoise brought to Japan comes from Arizona, USA, the Persian "firuze" (turquoise) is rarely introduced due to its drastically decreasing production in recent years, making it very precious.
Enjoy the unique vivid, gentle sky-blue, Persian blue, which is called "the color of the spring sky" and blends well with skin tones, from natural Persian turquoise.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping the jewelry clean before storing it to prevent the accumulation of daily dirt.
Please remove it before bathing.
Precautions
As natural stones are used, please be careful to avoid direct contact with perfumes, sweat, or oil-based substances when wearing the jewelry. While natural Iranian turquoise is highly durable and resistant to discoloration, the stone's color may rarely change.
