This is a pendant top made with natural Persian Firoozeh (turquoise). Please note that the chain is sold separately.
The turquoise used in this accessory is called "Shajar," and it has a natural matrix pattern where turquoise and other stones are mixed. Shajar means "tree with branches" in Persian, and the branch-like texture of the stone enhances the blue of the turquoise.
This classic jewelry elegantly captures the charm of Persia. The back of the pendant also features careful and beautiful engraving that matches the shape of the turquoise.
Enjoy the vibrant, deep sky blue, known as the "color of spring sky," which blends well with any skin tone.

Characteristics of Natural Persian Firoozeh (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, originally mined in Persia (Iran), was brought to Europe via Turkey, which is how the name "turquoise" (meaning "Turkish") originated. Persian turquoise is a vibrant, deep sky blue, known as the "color of the spring sky," and is a high-quality stone with high hardness. In fact, it was the first stone used by humankind as an amulet for protection.

In Persia, it has long been cherished as the stone of the royal family, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise of varying qualities is also produced in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places. While a lot of American Arizona turquoise is brought into Japan, this Persian "Firoozeh" (turquoise) is rarely introduced due to its rarity and drastically reduced production in recent years.
Please enjoy the vibrant, gentle sky blue unique to natural Persian turquoise, known as the "color of spring sky," which blends well with any skin tone, the Persian Blue.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping it after each use before storing it to prevent the accumulation of daily grime.
Please remove it before taking a bath.
Important Notes
As natural stones are used, please be careful to prevent direct contact with perfumes, sweat, oils, etc., when wearing the jewelry. While natural Iranian turquoise is characterized by its high hardness and resistance to discoloration, there are rare instances where the color of the stone may change.
