This jewelry piece is a pendant top and brooch in one, made with natural Persian Firoozeh (turquoise). Please note that the chain is sold separately.
The turquoise used in this accessory is called Shajar, which has a natural matrix pattern where turquoise and other stones are mixed. Shajar means "tree with branches" in Persian, and the branch-like texture of the stone enhances the blue of the turquoise.
This classic design jewelry elegantly captures the charm of Persia. The back is also carefully and beautifully engraved to match the shape of the turquoise.
Enjoy the vibrant, deep sky-blue color, known as "the color of spring sky," which blends well with any skin tone.

Characteristics of Natural Persian Firoozeh (Turquoise) Jewelry
This stone, mined in ancient Persia (Iran), reached Europe via Turkey, which is where its name, meaning "Turkish," originated. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality, known for its high hardness and vibrant, deep sky-blue color, often referred to as "the color of spring sky." In fact, it was the first stone ever used by humanity as a protective amulet.

In Persia, it was cherished as the stone of the royal family for many years, and this Persian blue was also highly valued during the Victorian era.
Besides Iran, the best quality source, turquoise of varying quality is also produced in Australia, America, China, Egypt, and other places. While a lot of American Arizona turquoise is brought into Japan, this Persian "Firoozeh" (turquoise) is rarely introduced due to its drastically decreasing production in recent years, making it a valuable stone.
Enjoy the unique, vibrant, gentle sky-blue, Persian blue, of natural Persian turquoise, known as "the color of the spring sky," which blends well with any skin tone.
Daily Care
We recommend wiping the jewelry clean each time before storing it to prevent everyday dirt from accumulating.
Please remove it before taking a bath.
Precautions
Since natural stones are used, please be careful not to let perfume, sweat, or oily substances come into direct contact with the jewelry when wearing it. While natural Iranian turquoise is known for its high hardness and resistance to discoloration, the color of the stone may occasionally change.
