This is a one-of-a-kind original design from our store, crafted by the renowned Iranian engraver, Mr. Javaheri. Leather Javaheri was an engraver who worked as one of the royal family's jewelers during the Pahlavi dynasty. While lecturing at the University of Fine Arts in Tehran, he also created our jewelry from 1990 to 2007. The delicate designs, tailored to each individual turquoise, further enhance the stone's beauty. The back of each turquoise is individually engraved with gold, matching the stone's unique shape.

This stone, mined in ancient Persia (Iran), was brought to Europe via Turkey, and the word "Turkish" became the origin of its name. Persian turquoise is of the highest quality, characterized by its high hardness and vivid, deep sky-blue color, often referred to as "the color of spring skies." In fact, it was the first stone ever used by humanity as a protective amulet.
