Gabbeh are long-piled rugs, deeply rooted in daily life, handwoven by the Qashqai tribe who nomadize in the Zagros Mountains of Iran, using plant-dyed wool. The Persian Variant wool used in this product has excellent durability, developed for survival in the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains, and a soft, pleasant texture with a high oil content to regulate body temperature effectively.
These Gabbeh, hand-dyed with natural dyes and meticulously handwoven by Iranian nomads, thread by thread, are characterized by their plush and pleasant feel.

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom along the pile.
If stains are a concern: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel tightly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth to remove the detergent, and dry in a well-ventilated shade.
