Daily Care

Remove dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner or broom, following the direction of the pile.
If concerned about stains: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water, wring out a towel or similar cloth tightly, and gently wipe the surface. Then, wipe thoroughly with a wet cloth to remove the detergent, and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.

Due to being handwoven, there may be irregularities in shape and pattern, weaving inconsistencies, and dyeing variations. Please consider these as part of the charm of a handwoven product.
Additionally, Gabbeh rugs are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a unique scent from the wool dye may be present.
This scent will gradually disappear with use, but please be aware of this beforehand.
