Features of Persian Hand-Woven Gabbeh
Gabbeh are long-pile rugs woven by the Qashqai tribe, who are nomadic in the Zagros Mountains of Iran. They are hand-woven from plant-dyed wool and are deeply rooted in their daily lives. The "Persian Valiant" wool used in this product has excellent durability, necessary for surviving the harsh environment of the Zagros Mountains, and a soft, pleasant texture rich in natural oils for effective body temperature regulation.
These Gabbeh, woven one by one by Iranian nomads from wool dyed with natural dyes, are characterized by their fluffy and pleasant texture.

Daily Care
Remove dirt and dust by vacuuming or sweeping along the direction of the pile.
If stains are a concern: Dilute a neutral detergent (for wool/silk) with water and gently wipe the surface with a tightly wrung-out towel or similar. Afterward, wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth to remove the detergent, then dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
Points to Note
Due to being hand-woven, there may be irregularities in shape and pattern, weaving inconsistencies, and dyeing variations. Please consider these as part of the unique charm of a hand-woven item.
Additionally, Gabbeh are woven from sheep's wool. Therefore, a distinctive odor from the dye used on the wool may be present.
The odor will gradually dissipate with use, but please be aware of this in advance.
Pom-poms can also be removed for shipping

The pom-poms attached to the corners and middle of the Gabbeh can be removed upon request before delivery.
Removing the pom-poms does not adversely affect the quality or durability of the Gabbeh.
