This is a standard Japanese entrance mat size. It will brighten up your entryway, which you pass through every day. In addition to the entryway, it's a convenient size to lay in empty spaces such as in front of the sink or veranda, or next to your bed. This Gabbeh is woven with fine threads. Although it takes more effort to weave, it is a Luri-baft Gabbeh with less thickness and a tighter weave than regular Gabbehs. "Luri" means "fine" and "baft" means "weave" in Persian.
