This is a common size for doormats in Japan. It will brighten up your entryway, which you pass through every day. In addition to entryways, it's a size that can be easily laid in empty spaces such as in front of washbasins or balconies, or next to beds. This Gabbeh is woven with thin threads, and while it takes more effort to weave, it is a Luri-baft Gabbeh that is thinner and has a tighter weave than regular Gabbehs. "Luri" means "fine" in Persian, and "baft" means "weave".
